What We Collect

Google Sign-In
You may sign in to Hockey FCG using your Google account. When you do, we receive your email address and basic profile information (name and profile picture URL) from Google. We use your email address solely for account authentication. We do not store your Google profile picture or display name unless you choose a username separately.
We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, Drive files, or any other Google services beyond basic authentication. We do not share Google-provided data with third parties.
Hockey FCG's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your account and gameplay data because it is necessary to provide the service (performance of contract). Analytics data is processed based on your consent, which you can give or withdraw via the cookie consent banner.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how the game is used. This includes page visits, feature interactions, and session replays. Session replays do not intentionally capture sensitive input fields such as passwords.
You can decline analytics tracking via the cookie consent banner when you first visit the site. If you decline, no session data is sent to PostHog.
Data Storage
All account and gameplay data is stored on Supabase, which is hosted in the EU. Your data does not leave EU infrastructure.
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
- We do not share your personal information with other users.
Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. If you request deletion, we will remove your account and associated personal data within 30 days.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your account and personal data
- Request restriction of processing
- Request data portability
- Opt out of analytics via the cookie consent banner

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The effective date at the top of the page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of Hockey FCG after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
